Slate grey skies, nights drawing in, autumn in the air; A cracking group of people meeting up for a chinwag and a good ol’ knees-up – the backdrop to Sami and Chelsea’s inspiring late September wedding day at the pretty North Norfolk wedding venue that is Manor Mews. I rocked up early doors to capture all the prep going on – Sami adding polish to his speech, Chelsea prepping with her girls – but soon enough it was time for drinks on the lawn before heading into the ceremony. Made me giggle as Chelsea’s Dad blurted out ‘I do’ before the question ‘who gives this person away?’ had even been finished! Post-ceremony we had games on the lawn and time for a few pics up on the hill before the reception meal began.
Making a fair few appearances throughout the blog and day itself was Bertie, their beloved dog – a total character in himself. Late into the night the little fella had a GoPro strapped to his collar, I’d love to see what he picked up from a dogs POV.
This is what its all about, relaxed days and party nights. Thank you so much for having me there with you guys – I had a total blast celebrating with y’all. Sami + Chelsea, love you guys – you totally rocked it! Here’s a little slice of the pie – enjoy!
Shout-outs = Red tractors on the horizon // Expression-full faces and going with it // Bertie and his GoPro // Sack races under the stars // flying mini-paper aeroplanes around the place // tie-fighting // hoopla heads // pre-ceremony get-together drinks on the lawn // The Jack Starr Band – wicked toooons // Mercii at Manor Mews – total pro, cool working with you!
Phew! What a wedding. Cool meeting you all! Sami & Chelsea, you put on a great shindig for everyone and it was bloody brilliant being there with you both for such a wicked wedding day. Love out x
