First time shooting at the pretty special venue that is Oxnead Hall in Norfolk and it couldn’t have been any better. Spending a day with Kelly, Josh and their friends was bloody good fun! The day started off with an impromptu game of dressing-gown football (with the ball inevitably ending up in the water) and just carried on in that relaxed, chilled out way. The ceremony itself was held in the intimate, airy setting of the Orangery followed by drinks on the lawns and then off to the courtyard for some chill-out and chat. The day expanded as more guests arrived for the afternoon followed by a cracking party in The Great Barn with ice-creams being served outside for a bit of refreshment (scorchio of a day!). As the banner proclaimed, ’till death us do party’ whoop whoop! So lucky to be doing what I love and frankly shooting absolutely top-class wedding days such as Kelly and Josh’s. Thanks for having with you guys, here’s a little of what happened… enjoy!
Oxnead Hall, quite simply wow! Unbelievable venue. One of those venues as a photographer you go to now and again and are blown away by. I live just a couple of miles from this incredible setting and often go biking along the river that runs behind it. It has quickly become one of my all-time favourite places to shoot!
